Raw Food Summers...crisp watermelon, papayas, bright green kale, juicy red tomatoes, fresh salad greens, fresh squeezed lemonaid. What could be better than going raw for the summer season. There is just something about fresh, naturally ripened fruits and veggies. I would like to challenge myself to going 85% - 100% Raw this summer. My goals are to lose some weight, get my taste buds back to liking healthy raw foods and make some new healthy habits along the way.
